sk Posted October 7, 2004 Posted October 7, 2004 if I recall it raind last year too who care what the weather is. I am sure we will find a way to entertain ourselves.
iain Posted October 7, 2004 Posted October 7, 2004 It rained two years ago, though that did not stop climbing. Last year was nice. Probably will see some of you in the park, but my friends are camping elsewhere!
Camilo Posted October 7, 2004 Posted October 7, 2004 It's going to be cold at night. I'm sleeping with gloves on so my cuticles don't crack. It's hard work being a metrosexual. I'll be there Friday night with some friends, I look forward to meeting you all. Also, if we run out of beer, there's a chance I can run into Redmond and get more from my buddy who owns Cascade Lakes Brewing Co (Only if it doesn't offend TerminalGravity). It would be fitting to drink their MonkeyFace Porter at Smith.
AlpineK Posted October 7, 2004 Posted October 7, 2004 Don't expect firewood till friday, but I'll be there with firewood.

Distel32 Posted October 8, 2004 Posted October 8, 2004 where there's fire, there's flaming hoop jumping midget german nihilists! time for some palate burning flute player beating keg standing good times! I still have nightmares about that night....
ryland_moore Posted October 8, 2004 Posted October 8, 2004 Defrinately bring firewood from home as all the palates around Terrebonne are gone (unless some were added this week) and they are charging $6.00 for 4-5 logs at the grocery store!
corvallisclimb Posted October 8, 2004 Posted October 8, 2004 if any one still reads this i will be going and need a partner to climb somethin! ill be the younger kid i assume so pick me out : P
layton Posted October 11, 2004 Posted October 11, 2004 Good times! Thanks for the laughs 'round the campfire, and I sincerly appologize for "the joke" and I hope my kegstand made up for it.
ivan Posted October 11, 2004 Posted October 11, 2004 woodsmoke still continues to ooze out of my pours i have a camp chair that was abandoned 'round the fire...waited till late sunday to pack it out. pm if you want it back. otherwise it'll add to the general white-trash ambience of my backyard.
b-rock Posted October 11, 2004 Posted October 11, 2004 Ya, good times. Thanks Steve! GaperTimmy where were you???
sketchfest Posted October 11, 2004 Posted October 11, 2004 Yeah, that's what I want to know...were in the hell was the grand master of gaperdom, Mr. Timmy??
badvoodoo Posted October 11, 2004 Posted October 11, 2004 Good times, good folks, good beer, good climbing, and good weather (eventually). Though someone snagged my 10-year-old ratty hiking shoes, complete with nasty socks, from the base of Morning Glory yesterday. Layton, you made the bringer of beer happy with your joke, which is what really counts. And I'll third it: Timmy, . We missed ya out there man.
rbw1966 Posted October 11, 2004 Posted October 11, 2004 Quote of the weekend "Are y'all hunters?" Disappointing that Timmy and Fejas were absent. In honor of Fejas I climbed "Round Here" and damn near peeled off when Ivan started singing Counting Crows. Kudos to TG for his incredible generosity and being one of the best climbing partners a person could have. Special thanks to Jlag for the beta on the Mudd Pile and for going the extra mile to make sure we hit the right spot. First rounds on me my friend. Style points go out to Shred for his culinary talents as we ate dry bagels and wiped the drool from our chins.
