Dechristo
The guy's a poseur. He couldn't dig his own tent platform (he had to use our totally rad spliff platform) on the asperity/serra five saddle. He had to use my slings to rap off the east face of serra five (he was infused with the power by just touching them). I'm sure he'll admit all his skills and success are due to this watershed moment in his life; he's standing on the shoulders of giants. Â Tear it up, Colin. You rock

olyclimber
Wow...the guys who first attempted it won the Piolet d'Or even though they didn't complete the route. Rip it up!

DirtyHarry
Big Pimpin'! Â Kelly is not only a badass but a hell of a nice guy too. I knew him a bit in Montana back in the olden days. Ran into him again a few years ago in Alaska. Classy guy. Colin, on the other hand ...
Dr_Flush_Amazing
Hey Friends, Kelly and I are back in El Chalten now, sunburned and exhausted. We have to hike back up to Campo Bridwell today to bring down the rest of our stuff, but we are otherwise ready to head home, and our flight out of Calafate is tomorrow.  The weather was generally heinous for our whole trip, and it had started to seem that we were totally shut down... And then at the last possible moment our weather window came! We succeeded in our goal of linking the Marsigny-Parkin into the Ferrari Route to Cerro Torre´s summit. It was an incredibly spectacular climb, of which I´ll tell you all more later when I´m back in Jesusland.  Freddie and Dave climbed a new route on the S Face of Poincenot. Greg and Steve climbed the Supercaneleta. Mike and Kate got one third of the way up the Casarotto. Donini didn´t arrive in time to try his route, but he´s completely set up now for the next window.  Feliz navidad y feliz ano neuvo!  Happy Trails, Colin  The Doctor is impressed.
