Every time Canadians talk about allowing more private healthcare options, opponents always express outrage that this would just lead to a 2 Tier system - a private one for the rich and public one for the rest. I have had fermentations stuck due to temperature fluctuations. Yeast hates that. A fluctuation of more than 20 degrees farenheight will do it. Was a problem when i brewed in an apartment. Now I have a house w basement and it is much more stable temp in the basement.
