It's one of those pay $5000 to learn a Trademarked technique that has protocols for different areas and conditions. Chiropractors like me use the basic theory, which is to squeeze the shit out of a muscles and stretch it with the patient's active voluntary muscle contraction. Maybe the folks that went to all the seminars do a better job? Maybe folks like me who are skeptical of all things trademarked are better? Either way it's a great way to work out tight and tender muscles or trigger points. The newest TM on the block is called Graston Technique. I love it, but didn't pay $3000 for the tools or seminars (I made my own tools). This is basically scraping the shit out of muscle, tendon, whatever, in the direction of the fibers. Works really really well.

huh weird, I have to agree with "W" (hey dude). I had no trouble at all on prussik and getting to the CBR chimney was a total bitch...not to mention the upper OW being challenging to get in as well if your under 5'10" I'd like to hop on it again, bet it's a lot easier now. -
just walk it off actually, I'd probably opt for the surgery then take a crapload of glucosamine, shine a cold laser in that sucker

I passed a couple dudes while riding on my 80lbs iron beater bike with dual casts on both feet riding up Sehome hill in Bellingham. both of them were wearing said get-up in the original post. I flipped them the bird when I passed them. It was sweet.

Did you nab the 1st ascent of Hardest Mox? That's gotta be the most beautiful place in the united states IMO. Awesome TR and absolutely outstanding photos. Of course the scree surfin' video was hilarious! -

Ear "infections" in children faces a very similar problem. 90% of the time it's not an infection, but an irritation. But with the quick access to drugs, angry worried moms, and overworked doctors, antibiotics are usually prescribed. And if it's an infection, you'd want them! I would demand a culture

Have fun John, Gimli is a BLAST!

I wonder if some people have overly reactive dormant strains of bacteria in their sinuses similar to girls who get recurrent bacterial vaginosis? sorry the salt water trick didn't work. there are some mixtures that don't aggravate so much as just straight salt water. An ENT doc will do more than speculate on an climbing website

pour salt water up your nose

If it doesn't work out wayne, I'll see about late august/early sept. fuck man sorry. even a week earlier I'd have been fine. crap

cool. the company was from Cali. Maybe the Brooklyn company got sued too? You know what would go great with a handlebar mustache? A util-a-kilt and a unicycle

I'm sure the people I'm belaying while snapping pics won't mind me getting out my level so it doesn't appear that I'm trying to make what they are following look any harder.

Mine was my 1st first ascent pitch ever, and having done it again since, still stands as one of the best and most satisfying pitches I've ever done. Back of Beyond Buttress Yes there is camera tilt in some photos, but fuck you, I'm belaying not shooting for magazines a-hole (dru)
