did anyone see the words, "to acquire the remainder of the property from unwilling owners in exchange for JUST COMPENSATION." Does "just compensation" in this case mean "higher than market value" for this incident becuase it is for private purposes? Usually in emminent domain for public projects the property owner receives market value. I would be curious to know if in this case "just compensation" exceeds market value due to privatization.

Or it could mean that certain law enforcement officials like to play on the internet during work just like we do. Many of them could be climbers too.

These appear to be new registrations - can't tell if they're just updates of old ones or if Hasbro's legal team just did a full frontal assault on the Trademark Office. If the story you're remembering was 15 years ago, there probably was truth to it then. Why does climbing one objective to another objective have to be more difficult than the other? Why can't the climbs just be different and leave it at that? I have a firefighter friend who climbed The Tooth. He still rates that as one of the most difficult things he has done--and is still proud of doing it.

DUh.......Take away net immigration AND population growth in an area and see what that does to housing prices. Also, houses are much larger than they used to be in the US, with more restrictive codes. Therefore, driving up the cost of newer housing as percentage of peoples incomes.

As long as people keep having sex, housing prices will rise. More sex means population growth. Housing prices will slow at their growth rate in the Puget Sound area in probably around 10-15 years when the baby boomers start moving to Arizona and New Mexico to get away from this rain. In the real estate short term--no growth rate stoppage whatsoever.

You don't hear that many rescues of recreational users by the Coast Guard becuase they happen often. Does the Coast Guard charge for recreational user rescues?
