Perhaps Berdinka could write the two kids and a wife chapter and Ivan can write the 'how to epic' chapter. What about the 'teaching the girlfriend' chapter, or the 'hanging a dead pig carcass on the route' chapter, or the 'spray with style' chapter? High res versions available for all of these. Alasdair Posted December 16, 2008 Posted December 16, 2008 Hey Mike, here are a few you are welcome to use. Mike you should find yourself a photo editor for the cover shot. The photo needs to technically perfect (perfect focus, no noise, good lighting, no visible trademarks etc.) in addition to being a good shot for your needs. You should be able to find someone who would be willing to review photos who can look for some of the technical details of the photo. Quote
