rob Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 Bush gets his 160 billion to keep occupying Iraq. When is it going to end? Upon completion of the mission. I thought we already did that. Quote
olyclimber Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 well, there was this other thing we were going to do...less defined than inducing shock and awe...less photo-op inspiring.... Quote
prole Posted June 19, 2008 Posted June 19, 2008 "We" must be winning, 'cause nothin' says victory to me like US no-bid contracts for Iraqi oil! Quote

Tokogirl Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 We divided our military in order to waylay a dictator in Iraq. If we were really out for Al Quada (sp) we should have put more emphasis in helping the Afghans rebuild their wartorn country - after the Russians and then the Taliban armies destroyed the economy, etc. and warlords, etc. took more control that the tribal chiefs once had. glassgowkiss Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 (edited) Lowest monthly casualty rate so far and oil production has hit 2.5 mil bbls/ day. The only thing that will let this war turn into "another Vietmam," is if you bitches elect Obama. If he pulls out now... 4000+ Americans have died for nothing. To pull out now can only be seen as one of two things; political maneuvering, or cowering to the pressure of countries like France, Russia and Italy who illegally profitted from illegal oil deals with Saddam. Have a nice day kids casualty- it's your brain and your sorry ass thinking. what happened to wmd's? because that was the primary reason for war. oh one more thing you dolt. since you mention russia don't forget they are the third largest producer of oil and gas- hence they rake all time high profits from this. this of course is nicely financing their military build-up, which is of course done with blessing of this administration. which just proves one more time you are just a dumb fuck who knows jack and shit Edited June 23, 2008 by glassgowkiss Quote

Someone was on the debate team at Harvard. Perhaps if you read the thread, you would be a little bit more enlightened as to my position on the matter. Since the chances of this are highly unlikely, I will bid you adieu until we come crashing together on another thread. Quote
glassgowkiss Posted June 23, 2008 Posted June 23, 2008 McCain will be surrounded by the fools of W, the same ones that have created this political disaster in Iraq. bullshit. McCain couldn't be more different than W and he hates W's guts. oh yeah genius. that's why he seeks his endorsement and shows up with him every chance he gets. that's why he also voted 96% with administration in the past 4 years. tvashtarkatena Posted June 24, 2008 Posted June 24, 2008 bullshit. McCain couldn't be more different than W and he hates W's guts. The only difference between McCain and The Monkey is a) McCain's occasionally pretends to give a shit about the environment (although he does little to put his money where his mouth is) and b) McCain sports a combover. Policy-wise, they're largely interchangeable. Quote
