archenemy Posted October 22, 2007 Posted October 22, 2007 I keep thinking the smilie is going to do something else; but it doesn't. You me and the dwarf ought to go out for lunch this week! Quote
selkirk Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 I can dance naked at my place and have as much booze stocked up as anyone can drink. Love it. yes but the important question is do you? So I killed off the Laphroaig, and the Pendleton. (what can I say, it's been a good work week ) Time for something new! any suggestions? Or maybe It's just time for a whiskey tasting? Quote

archenemy Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 I been all over Bushmills lately and need to try Black Bush. Is it that great? Quote

I bought some Jameson 1780 and am not liking it as much (although it is quite nice too). And the BB is less expensive too (around $38 for a 750ml, I think) Quote
olyclimber Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 but just a few tastes to get a buzz, then switch back to the mad dog. otherwise it is just a waste of money. Quote
chucK Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 So is whiskey the only liquor that goes really well with water? This a valuable characteristic for a pack-it-into-the-wilderness booze. Quote
selkirk Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 Tequila and lime packs in quite nicely as well. Quote
KaskadskyjKozak Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 On it. If you every try Redbreast or Tullamore Dew, let me know what you think. I've had my eye on the former, but it's pricey. I've read good reviews on the latter, but wonder if I'll not like it as much as the Black Bush or 1780, now that I am spoiled. I tried some Michael Collins and was disappointed that way... Quote
tvashtarkatena Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 how does self-rightousness taste? I believe I'm quite drunk on it, today. Quote

Recycled Posted November 9, 2007 Posted November 9, 2007 Damn, I could swear I've seen that picture somewhere before, but I can't quite place it. Quote
sobo Posted November 9, 2007 Posted November 9, 2007 Tequila and lime packs in quite nicely as well. Cabernet in a dromedary bag  bring dark chocolate truffles... Quote
