    Hawaii

Nepali Coast Trail on Kauai is really cool too. kind of sketchy for a small child though.
  6. My back hurts just watching those flingy dead lifts so I guess I'm not worthy to pay someone to ridicule and denigrate me while working out.

    on the way

But your missing all the great skiing here. 8 degrees, windy as hell but at least the snow is nice an icy. To bad your suffering down there. Tell Borat I said Hi.
  8. Dont you mean "Eye of the Tiger"? Duh....duh duh duh....duh duh duh....duh duh duuuuuhhhhh. Yo, AAADDDRRRRIIIAAANNNNEE!
  9. Here I am, Rock you like a hurricane!
  10. How about a penis and scrotal ottoman to complete the set? I sure hope that thing is "clean".
  11. check pm
  12. Well you're no fun! See if you get invited - BTW, how old are you? (good advice on the under the bridge tie off thing.) Old enough, but not as old as you're crusty ass! It's not so much the years as it is the mileage with me though (rode hard and put to bed wet, er somethin like that). I think I'll be forty soon but let me get out my kacalater.
  13. Everyone know what REI stands for, right? Return Every Item!
  14. oughta be clear, dry and cold as neptune's cock - enjoy! LOL
  15. Thought about joining you in the suffer-fest but was pretty soaked from running the trail so I wussed out. Looked like as much fun as a toothache though. Prolly skiing Mon.
  16. Craigslist is great too.
  17. Also, if you run the rope(s) under the bridge and jump from the opposite site that it is anchored, you will get more swing angle. Course, you'd want to make sure the rope(s) would not rub/catch like it did in this incident. Some screamers might soften the ride too? Maybe when I was in my 20's but certainly not now. Looks like fun though.
  18. If I show at all, I won't be late. Got some buddies wanting me to go ski so we'll see which looks like more fun. Have fun if I miss you out there. Monday is looking good too.
  19. Stupid is a stupid does, as one genius puts it
  20. Can't you just pull the "I'm sick of work, got beacon fever"?
  21. mawkish mortal! heresy! dread beacon - dry or dripping! summit or death! You da Man. I like to choose my play with appropriate weather. Fresh snow = great skiing/not so fun beacon climbing. Still on the fence though and watching the weather. Heard from Ken?
  22. I'm deciding between skiing or beacon. I think Ken is over there now getting soaked and rapping the w side. Doesn't sound like much fun to me. Kinda half snow/rainy right now. Sunday is looking more of a ski day that rock but if it's dry, I'm in.
  23. When someone is asking for advice on whether or not they have the right gear it's pretty easy to assume that maybe that person should get a little more real experience before taking on such a potentially dangerous climb as Rainier in winter. Perhaps you have much more experience than you are letting on though? Even in the summer, peaks like Rainier and Hood can be quite a dangerous place to learn life lessons. Winter ups the anti a few notches. Good luck though. I'm sure you've already looked at some sites like this to help you figure out what you need? Mt Rainier Linky
