layton Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 muffy, that's a slow healer. Ask your care providere about wearing a posterior night splint to keep your ankle flexed while you sleep, or even more fun, exracorporeallithotrypsy Quote
ivan Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 exracorporeallithotrypsy i'd be frightened of any procedure that yields not a single google-hit now, "blow me three ways to sunday" - there's a prize-winner Quote
Dechristo Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 Maybe, it's just coz Mikey's got probs with spelling. Quote
selkirk Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 I believe expression your looking for is "That blows goats" Quote
letsroll Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 Think Billy just got excited. Planter Fasciitis is a slow healer. I had it in college while I was running track. Granted I did not stay off it and still ran, it took 3 months to heal. The night splint works as well as keeping your foot stretched while sitting at a desk. Use a golf ball to massage the bottom of your foot and ice after you do that. Quote
pup_on_the_mountain Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 (edited) exracorporeallithotrypsy i'd be frightened of any procedure that yields not a single google-hit Its extracorporeal lithotripsy . Edited to add: Shit.. but then there is no connection to foot . May be it was Layton joke.. Edited September 28, 2006 by pup_on_the_mountain Quote
layton Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 i spelled it wrong b/c i didn't take the time to care. it's the same technique they use in blasting kidney stones, it has showed significant promise in the Tx of plantar fascitis. I'd look it up, but i'm still on summer break for a few more days. Quote
enelson Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 how do you get to the campsite were this is going down? what part of the park i mean, is it the main walk in one? Quote
fern Posted September 29, 2006 Posted September 29, 2006 go to skull hollow. skulk around the loop peering at random groups huddled around burning pallets. periodically work up the nerve to approach strangers and ask: "Is this the Plab?" Quote
