  1. Had to look that one up! I'd like to stay in SLC for quite some time, but I'm looking for practices for sale. SLC, Boulder, and Mammoth Lakes are top of the list, but I'd be willing to sacrifice a little location to be able and practice more. Also, any ideas on good places in Cali on the west side? Sacramento seems like too much of a sacrifice, but I've heard San Diego is awesome regardless that it's not too close to all the best climbing. Any choice Cali towns? I know very little about that state.
  2. Anyone ever lived in Reno or spent any time there care to comment on how shitty or not it would be to live there.

  11. hey crackers, can you give us the low down on the unwoven dyneema you use, vs the material brooks range uses in their rocket tent, vs the "ultra" fabric (cuben fiber) that Terra Nova and Zpacks use?

  15. yes it 'twould and it is most excellent. fuck the grigri 2
  16. Didn't really see much in my 1.5 hours there. Mammut has an alpine version of their self-locking no moving parts belay device you can rap with - I plan on getting one the moment it's available. Some LTW tents by Terra Nova, cilogear's new line of packs are sweet....besides that YAWN! oh the new grigri 2 looks pretty cool, but the mammut device looked cooler
  17. Then I'd say start shopping for a post surgical rehab neck specialist since the post surgery rehab could be just as imp as the surgery. good luck
  18. Have you tried traction? If surgery is necess, then it's necessary, but way more risky than low back surgery fo sho. good luck
