WELCOME TO THE CASCADECLIMBERS.COM FORUMS   02/03/18

We have upgraded to new forum software as of late last year, and it makes everything here so much better!  It is now much easier to do pretty much anything, including write Trip Reports, sell gear, schedule climbing related events, and more. There is a new reputation system that allows for positive contributors to be recognized,  it is possible to tag content with identifiers, drag and drop in images, and it is much easier to embed multimedia content from Youtube, Vimeo, and more.  In all, the site is much more user friendly, bug free, and feature rich!   Whether you're a new user or a grizzled cascadeclimbers.com veteran, we think you'll love the new forums. Enjoy!

Christy and I discussed it and we think the party should start a bit earlier - we're going to arrive around sixish. Hope to see some of you there!

Hey Phil! Yeah, it was nice to see the twins hanging out last night. It's not often that they get to bust loose.

:)

Can someone bring something like a tent so we can be recognized? I will be riding so look for a tan Novara bike w/ disc brakes and black fenders. What time?

I'm sorry Dave but the whole tent thing is totally geh.

You've been around cc for long enough that you should recognise the crew.

How about a big flag with a rainbow on it under which a unicorn and a robot are tossing a three legged dinosaur.

If that is too busy then just a rainbow flag.

No it is not ghey, but sort of pervy, since all this talk about twins being out and about.

Dave is right, however, that we have consistently seen people unable to find other pub clubbers when they show up at a pub or the park. If you don't want to wear helmets with your names on them, it would not be a bad idea to at least say "we'll be at one of the picnic tables along the entry road," or "we'll be out at the end of the trail from the parking lot past the duck pond" or whatever.

How about we make some cc.com T-shirts? Then you'll know who is in the Klub.

I have a rainbow flag I got at the Pride Parade. If that's too much for some of you I wont bring it. See you there around 6. I will bring something for the grill + some extra buns and snacks. 30% chace of rain so lets hope....

Dave

Have fun playing with your rainbow flag and pup tent this evening Dave, but leave it at home unless you want to make a personal statement at the beach. ;)

I'll be at the beach tomorrow PM after I am part of a 3 man crew doing a traverse of the new Tacoma Narrows bridge. :moondance:
