Mos_Chillin Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 What type of climbing do you do best? Is it due to your particular build, strength, sense of balance, flexibility? Mutation? Discuss. Quote
TrogdortheBurninator Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 Easy climbing. Probably because it is easier than hard climbing. Quote

crackers Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 reachy thin faces...my reach from flat foot up to jug is about 99 inches. But really, seeing how much spew came out of the world this weekend, let's say drinking beer. Quote

catbirdseat Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 Lay-backs. Doh, I forgot, that's not really a technique! Quote

Buckaroo Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 ""What type of climbing do you do best?"" The kind where you go upwards. "Best" is vague and usually size dependent (that's what she said) but you can always climb better than you can work. Seriously? Really? I'm guessing you mean sort of like Lynn Hill who freed the Nose because her small fingers allowed her to send the great roof? I'm small(light) with big feet so slabbing has always been easier, lighter weight with an average size rubber contact patch is advantageous. Uhmmmm.... we still haven't heard the originator of the question answer his own question? Quote

willstrickland Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 climbing forte: Not doing any. Seems to be my strongsuit for the last couple of years. I'm really, really good at it. But I've honed my skills of climbing off the couch and getting another beer, and also climbing into my waders and skipping work. Uncage your bowl..I mean soul...or something. Quote
RuMR Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 hey i'm in the same boat as you! i haven't done anything at all in years... Quote
