olyclimber Posted February 10, 2006 Author Posted February 10, 2006 I was just out treemusketeering the other day. Got some vicious sores, I highly recommend wearing a chamios. Quote
olyclimber Posted March 12, 2006 Author Posted March 12, 2006 treemusketeering is being considered for the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver Quote
cook Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 oly- I heard you scooped my newest treemusketeering proj... Quote
fandango Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Shit. That guy is skinny. Somebody give 'im a samwich. Quote
fandango Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 Wait! No--it's Michael Jackson on ephedra! Quote
skykilo Posted March 17, 2006 Posted March 17, 2006 I was so inspired by the Steve House slideshow last night; I just had to go do something. So I went and skied your route. It was sweet! I had to leave another hooker for a deadman to rap off the summit, but from there I was able to link three 100' boofs via steep ramps. Sickest descent I've ever skied. I'm glad I was alone, so that no one else had to face such ridiculous danger. Quote
olyclimber Posted March 17, 2006 Author Posted March 17, 2006 i bet you won't even have to stand on the porch! Quote
Johnny_Tuff Posted March 17, 2006 Posted March 17, 2006 Just because you can ski, doesn't mean you can execute squats with better-than-good form, or drag an 80-pound sled 'til you puke. Another night on the porch, pitiful supplicant! Quote
Weekend_Climberz Posted March 17, 2006 Posted March 17, 2006 ...I had to leave another hooker for a deadman to rap off the summit... Women trouble again Quote
cook Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 I heard that sky skied this route so I had to one up the extremeness. I snoskated from the base to the summit. Solo, of course. Lets just say it was more dangerous than climbing an actively erupting volcano- and I would know. Quote
olyclimber Posted May 10, 2006 Author Posted May 10, 2006 sickness, bro-brah! did you cut your hamstrings in two to make it more of a challenge? Quote
cook Posted May 10, 2006 Posted May 10, 2006 No man, the hammies are still intact. But the conditions were so inhuman that I needed all the help I could get. Quote
G-spotter Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Can you draw a topo of your so called new route for me. I think it may have already been climbed. Quote
skykilo Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 Nice man. Thanks for taking the torch, I was beginning to get tired. It's time to cut the hardman bullshit, get in touch with my sensitive side and develop a taste for stinky cheeses. Quote
olyclimber Posted May 11, 2006 Author Posted May 11, 2006 perhaps you would like to join me on my next Extreme Wine Tasting epic. Quote
cook Posted May 11, 2006 Posted May 11, 2006 G-spot, you should know that this phallis is only the summit pyramid. The real climb begins 4,000 vertical feet below, through terrain so hellish and extreme that only Dante could describe it. I am also getting tired of pushing the limits of alpine climbing. I think I'm going to lay low for a while and get drunk a lot. Quote
Alpinfox Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 This awesome route is still awaiting a third ascent, although it has been skied and "snoskated". GITTERDUN! Quote
olyclimber Posted June 11, 2007 Author Posted June 11, 2007 UPDATE: APPARENTLY A KEY HOLD FELL OFF AND THIS BABY NOW HAS AN "X" RATING!!!! Quote
Kat_Roslyn Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 Yeah, I didn't want to say anything, but. . I smashed the hold on the third ascent to make the climb more hardcore. I didn't even want to admit that I even did the 3rd Ascent because it is just my humble nature not to boast about what I do. You know, I just climb because it brings me peace within myself. Quote
tvashtarkatena Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 I found the route too docile so I've been working on a variation for grown ups. Please respect my fixed lines and quickdraws until I get back thanks. Quote
olyclimber Posted January 13, 2023 Author Posted January 13, 2023 This route could use a repeat to clear the moss. Quote
