  1. Stunning rejoinder, Mr. Morris.
  2. Don't miss this one, folks: 1999 Geyser Peak Cabernet Sauvignon, $14. Huge flavor with a lot of chocolate and velvety-smooth baking spice, supported by a rich foundation of round cherry and plum notes. Endless finish. Plenty of oomph to hold its own with any dinner, sweet and smooth enough to pair with dessert, without being cloying or sugary. Five stars.
  3. Nonsense, poopypants! You've barely scratched the surface of the icing on the tip of the iceberg (triple mixed-metaphor score!) w/r/t posting work. Sure, you've dropped a few gems here and there, but, as in most of Western society, it's quantity, not quality, that's the order of the day. Back to "work," laggard!
  4. Good idea, Greg. Who the hell needs social services anyway? Losers, that's who.
  5. Hold up there, friend. What's this "work" business you're going on about?
  6. Trask, this proves incontrovertably that you are indeed the straight-shooting hetero you've always insisted that you are. After all, what other sort of person would relish the sight of a man in a jock strap enduring self-inflicted incontinence in a public place?
  7. Sounds enticing, but no dice this weekend, as the dreaded family obligations have us booked up ... something about a future mother-in-law's birthday. Might be important.
  8. NEXT Monday?! That's in, like ... uhhh ... a week!
  9. Muffy, you're right, there is no stage at Smith. Iain just can't spell "sage," which is everywhere at Smith, although it would be far more dangerous to get clobbered by the towering juniper. Speaking of getting clobbered by trees, how 'bout the downed pine by Ship Rock? Impressive.
  10. Ha! Tek dat, bomba clot batty boi! Ta raas! Ya head fulla mango, yah so!
  11. What about the DBBB, people? None better for hangdogging applications. Strong like a truck, easy to untie like butter. Yep.
  12. That's what Dr. Flash "not that Monk" Amazing was going to say. Shit, DFA doesn't even really like the Clash (scandalous!) and he knew that.
  13. Of course, DFA doesn't even have any Thelonius Monk in his collection of musical discs, so he's hardly qualified to comment ...
  14. Sounds suspiciously like the voice of experience ...
  15. That's pretty much what Dr. Flash Amazing was just asking.
  16. Wasn't he a bit too working-class socialist for your taste, Gregg-man? Or is this like Caveman's inexplicable affinity for Dead Kennedys and Trask's alleged taste for Fugazi?
  17. It's funny, an anagram of "jingoism" is "in go jism." Dirty!
  18. You dissing DFA's near-unibrow, you fuck?
  19. Well, the Doctor just figured that since the question had already been asked, the emphasis was implicit. In so many words.
  20. No, senor. Unas palabras son buenos en Espanol tambien.
  21. He's saying, in so many words, that whether or not to vote is a choice just like who to vote for, and people are free to make that choice. And, as autonomous people, it is OK for them to make that choice. Or something like that.
  22. Or was that John Holmes?
  23. Trask, do us a favor and go die for your country. ASAP.
  24. THIS company?
  25. Ha! DFA fucked up your rating! You're now leading the curve!
