hey icegirl, i have the xs cloudveil ice floe gloves and love them. they fit great and are super comfy. (my only beef is my hands get cold, but somehow i don't think it would matter what glove i'm wearing when it comes to that as i've yet to find a glove that keeps my fingers warm.)

if you're running an outfit, why don't you just make sure you have extras in your van or office and whoever forgets theirs (or doesn't have them to begin with) can rent/borrow from you?

you never know how many victims there will be. and who says you need three people digging at the same time? just because you have a shovel doesn't mean you HAVE to use it. wouldn't it suck if the 2 people that have your 2 shovels are the ones that got buried? why risk it? honestly ... if people show up to go bc with me and don't have their shit, they can go back and get it or go without me.

i would say yes. shovels and probes are really not that heavy and you never know who's gonna get buried and who's gonna be nearby. doesn't matter how long your trip is!

yeah, we had another 23 cm waiting for us this morning and some avy in ophir had to go and knock out our power. guess there is such a thing as too much snow! i went back inside, traded out my skis, skinned up one run, and by then most of the lifts were operating. no worries!
