Bob_Clarke Posted January 14, 2003 Posted January 14, 2003 In the dictionary under the word "The Man" is a picture of Fred Becky. Happy Birthday mutha fuqa. Quote
bobinc Posted January 14, 2003 Posted January 14, 2003 Thought he was born in '21 or '22. Perhaps I have him confused with Bukowski. Regardless, he's already immortal. Quote

North_by_Northwest Posted January 14, 2003 Posted January 14, 2003 When asked whether or not he enjoyed the musical stylings of rapper Nelly, Fred gave this response: "I just tune it out. (shrug and smile) I'd rather watch a naked girl play the violin." That is priceless. Happy Birthday Fred. Quote
mattp Posted January 14, 2003 Posted January 14, 2003 (edited) Fred is quite the connoisseur of music. He was in attendance at the last show the Grateful Dead played in Seattle, and I wandered through the crowd to find him right down front, in the "golden circle" during the second set. He WAS watching a (nearly) naked girl, though she wasn't playing the violin. Edited January 14, 2003 by mattp Quote
CascadeClimber Posted January 14, 2003 Posted January 14, 2003 I think perhaps Fred meant not violin, but "Violin". Quote
