N Norweigan Buttress on Index? That is a guess off the top of my head - I'm not even sure if it is a VI?

my guess as well - and i'm sure it deserves the VI - how many, if any, repeats has it seen?

The first climb to get VI at Squamish was Zodiac Wall, although it doesn't get it now.

 

I was thinking local canadian routes to be "SW", but when was the zodiac done?

I would guess that Mt Baring, the Zodiac Wall (Squamish), and the Sheriffs Badge were all Grade VI when originally done. I think that these are the first three NW Grade VI's, although we are poaching Squamish Routes

Nothing like getting stuck epiced on some horribly hard rock wall with a group of meth addict teenagers watching below.

I'm sure you could find many VIs outside of the NW that "deserve" to be downgraded as well, so probably best to just compare their original ratings by the original climbers. Standards have changed everywhere.
