Sherri Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 Carolyn, yes you can rent it, but I come with it. It's extra for that. Now that's money well spent! Awesome workmanship, Erik! I was looking for a teardop trailer for my little rig...never thought of converting the rig itself. Way to work it! Quote
olyclimber Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 I come with it too. And I won't charge if you're good looking. However, the bed is pretty small. Quote
olyclimber Posted December 12, 2006 Posted December 12, 2006 Erik, will be in B'ham this weekend. Lets party. Quote

EWolfe Posted January 10, 2007 Author Posted January 10, 2007 It's about 85% done, but I am done for now. 250 hours later: Oh, and a woman felt the POWER of the van already, and stayed with me a night in Joshua Tree. That hardly ever happens.... Howdy from Flagstaff! (Bookmans, free internet/used bookstore. My first real find here) :wave:Erik Quote

willstrickland Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 Saw this rig in the real. Very nice. Except by the time I saw it, that bottle of Makers was long since empty and laying out in the dirt. Hey E, was it the redhead? Quote
ckiely Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 (edited) Very impressive. As a fellow finish carpenter I can look at your set up and see where you rushed and see where you took the time to make it perfect. Make it perfect - plant holder Rushed - hinges at countertop make it perfect - lining the grain up on your wardrobe Rushed - bungee on Ipod I'm not being critical and I hope you don't take my observation as such - but I know if I built that and showed it to another carpenter I'd expect the same. (edit to say that I also rcognize it as a work in progress) We all learn from what we see. Magnificent job  Edited January 11, 2007 by ckiely Quote
olyclimber Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 Rushed: guzzling down a bottle of makers mark at jtree and getting it on with the redheaded honey. Quote
G-spotter Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 i don't know if this redhead speed record claim can be accepted without 3 independent witnesses, gps log and summit pics Quote

Hey E, was it the redhead? Nope, Grad student from Purdue - her last night. I must admit things were with me: windy night, full moon, lots of Makers and Quiddler, a few episodes of CSI... and what do you know? Good to meetcha Will. I hope you get a call from a certain aid-climbing hottie that knows you - I mentioned you were in town, and she seemed psyched! (nudge, nudge) Quote
The_Rooster Posted January 11, 2007 Posted January 11, 2007 Hey E, was it the redhead? I wasn't there. Quote
