WHAT ARE THE RULES?  Ok folks, here it is, the Second Annual CC.Com Photo Contest! This year I have gotten together some phat prizes. BIG THANKS goes out to cc.com supporters QuestAlb, Pro Mountain Sports, and Backcountry Gear for donating some great prizes. Please be sure to thank them for donating this stuff and supporting this website!  This year there will be 6 categories: Scenic, Climbing, Humor, Bouldering, Ice Climbing, and Skiing. The prizes for 1st place for each category are listed below.
