You and I must have graduated high school within a year of each other (class of '78, WCHS, Front Royal, VA). My family had just moved back from a 4-year tour in Italy (Camp Darby, 8th Logistical Command HQ, Armed Forces Europe) in 1976, right before Carter's election. My dad was an engineer in the USACoE there, at the base affectionately known as "Leghorn." What I wouldn't give to be living back there on the beach again... PS: Ever get to Munich while you were over there and visit Dachau? Chilling experience... :shudder:

I still use it, just like Ade and ketch point out. It's a great way to save your calves or just work a different set of muscles while letting others recover. Great stuff. Still have my original copy of the book, too.
