The best thing about doing my taxes was having my former employee come over to pick up his W2. It was nice to see him since he's the guy that called 911 when I got hurt. Right now he's working for a friend of mine and doing well.

I spent the last couple afternoons working on taxes. Getting hurt pays in tax refunds. The best news is I'm all done.

Once on a climbing trip I had a tent and my buddy had his own tent. He thought it would be funny to start throwing rocks at my tent. He didn't throw big rocks, but I decided that 2 can play that game, so I started chucking rocks at his tent. Eventually he turned into a whiney little bitch and said that his tent was much more valuable than my tent. I told him, "If you don't like the fire stay out of the kitchen."

I climbed the NW Bowl on Andromeda back a long time ago, and I figured it out on my own, but I followed Dru's advice. Fortunately I had a shovel with me and that helped. You just dig a hole straight above you. There was ice under the snow so I could put in some ice screws. It tok a bit, but eventually I could crawl out onto the summit plateau and belay my partner up. It's a pretty thrilling thing to do.

Well Minx is a moderator. True. yes you will also find that alpinek, offwhite, et. al can also boss you around but... don't forget, i am god so there is no higher authority. It has been a while since I was the mean nasty mod guy, but it can be a fun activity.

Going climbing is good, but that doesn't mean it isn't good to come back from a climbing and talk shit. Most of us can't climb every day, so we need something to fill our time till the next time we can get out and do some cool climbing.
