Bush kept his statement short. The dude on Hardball sure could yell for a long time.

Personally I prefer the slogan, "Fuck you Feck." there isn't a comma in that one. Maybe someday I'll tell you a story about my real last name.

[font:Times New Roman] John Dyer passed away. I've been ask to post this on Cascade Climbers. John was about 93 years old. For those of you who don't know, John was an active climber for years and years. His most famous climbing was as part of the first ascent of Shiprock. John along with David Brower, Raffi Bedayn, and Bestor Robinson made the ascent in 1939. If you want more information there is a good story about the ascent in the book Fifty Classic Climbs. I first met John when I was a couple months old, so I don't remember much about it. Over the years I do remember seeing him. Recently I lived a few blocks from his house, so I would occasionally visit him and his wife Polly. The last time I saw him was a couple months ago. He was telling me about splitting a pile of firewood in his backyard. I thought that was a pretty impressive thing for him be doing. He is survived by his wife Polly Dyer who has been active in conservation efforts in Washington for a long time. [/font]

I only climbed in Montana once back awhile ago. I went to Blodgett Canyon. Blodgett Canyon There's a ton of rad routes to do there, and it isn't too far from where you park. I've bc skied around Lookout Pass and had a fun time. Other than that downhill skiing at the Missoula Snow Bowl can be pretty fun. It's everything a ski area should be not some fancy pants fuck fuck resort. That's what I know about Missoula.

Here's something I was into in the 70s. Back in the days before fancy pants computers and such. 4ovyF9g3GjA&feature=related

Back sometime in the 90s I was climbing with Mark in Leavenworth. After climbing we went to Gustavs (back in the old days when it was cool place to hang out after climbing) We were sitting with a large group of climbers. Mark starts loudly babbling some sort of bs. Soon enough everybody starts making fun of Mark. Mark gets indignant and loudly proclaims, "Ya know I have feelings too," This made everybody at the table start

It was a case of Busch beer she was protecting. Now that's some valuable stuff. One year old babies. I don't know. It only takes 21 months to get a new one.

this feature is amazing... jon! That is an interesting feature. I hadn't looked at the change until now.

Here's a future rocket scientist. Not everybody can thoroughly research the importance of actions like this woman can. What is more valuable?

I did get all my posts while I was doing work that required me to step away from the computer for over 8 hours a day.

Damn. I've got 4 years time on kevbeenboned but he's already a hundred posts or so ahead of me.

I could only pick up on a word or two of German, but it's still funny.

Make sure you talk it over with others in the hut before lighting the incense. (note: be sure to ask if they have friends about to enter the hut)

I found a dead cat in my backyard back a while ago. I bagged it and threw it out with the trash...maybe I should have advertised it as free to the first person who showed up and took it on craigslist.

Tienanmen Square Now there was an opportunity the Chinese government had to allow peaceful political dissent that they failed badly. During my time in Tibet I did meet one Han Chinese fellow who was a great guy. He was working for the military but hated it. He knew that there was nothing he could do without serious repercussions. I feel sorry for folks like him too.
-
I've watched Chinese government officials run Tibetans off the road and deny that they were responsible for shelling and destroying Tibetan monasteries. The Chinese Government (not necessarily the people) are a bunch of fucking assholes. As to a few comments trying to compare our treatment of native Americans you really haven't paid much attention to the big picture. Yes Americans behaved badly, and some continue to, but there are many nonnative Americans that have devoted a lot of time and effort to making, "indians," lives better and making our government straighten up. I have family members that devoted time and effort for this. If this were China the Chinese government would have had them shot.

Fairweather Why don't you read through this summary report and then check back Warming of the climate system is unequivocal This is the summary report and not the full thing. Then again I'm sure Rush Limbaugh didn't aprove these findings.
