  1. Most of the S. facing stuff in the canyon is likely dry enough, at least it was Yesterday. Plus, only saw 1 wasp on Ski Tracks Crack!
  2. Plus, critique my anchors! Sketchy! Take the advise of previous posters.
  3. I bet if you became his roomate you could get an interview!!
  4. R&D should be totally fine. I'm sure you can manage through what little wetness there may be. Have fun!
  5. Maybe there's been the hugest-sickest whipper ever since the last thread.
  6. I've seen the ok climbers sign too. I'm pretty sure last year when we came down from that area, we just walked down his driveway.
  7. The buildings in town might be dryer than X38. Go to X32 instead.
  8. Thanks Dudes!!
  9. Anyone have first hand knowledge? Besides the snowy outlook for this week, is Castle Rock covered in snow? East side of Icicle Canyon? Thanks for any info.
  10. If you're lucky enough to get tomorrow off you might appreciate this. Great Norther Slab is mostly climbable, only parts are oozing. Didn't look too close but Rogers' Corner looked like it might be doable. Princely is mostly dry. Godzilla is pretty wet at the start. No other info - didn't go anywhere else.
  11. Watchu talking bout 3 day weekend? Whomever gets Abraham Washington's Birthday off SUCKS!!!!
  12. Any thoughts on how dry the Lower Town Wall is/ might be after a few drier/sunnier days - such as this weekend? Thanks for the input.
  13. Good God! 8D
  14. When? Saturday?
  15. Good luck getting there!
  16. I just got back from Joshua Tree, but I checked everything, so I'm not much help. We did get an email back from TSA regarding carrying it on - it basically said it was at the discretion of security screeners. So it's probably a toss-up. What good is just shoes anyway, unless you want to just boulder - if you've got to spring for all new gear because of a F*ck up - might as well go all out!
  17. Anyone carry-on a rack on a flight lately? Me and my buddy were going to carry on a rack and rope in case our bags got lost - that way we wouldn't lose a day while they tried getting our bags to us. Any advice? Obviously we won't try to get nut tools past, just nuts and cams - what about chaulk? Thanks.

    BAD COP/NO DONUT

I'm not sure how the system works in that way. I doubt when a cop runs your information for a traffic ticket every infraction you've ever had, regardless of guilt, is pulled up. However, it will come up everytime you go in front of a judge and your criminal record is pulled up. I also don't know how long misdemeanor charges stay on your record - maybe they're permanent. Maybe some ex-judges or cops could chime in. I wouldn't trust them if they're still in the business though. Haha.

    BAD COP/NO DONUT

Many cops are just power trippin' fools. I've done my share of things that ended with police involvement and some cops have been cool and others pure c*cksuckers. I got arrested once when I shouldn't have - charges were dropped in the end, but it cost me a over a grand for a lawyer. Those Canadian border F*cks can be bad too. On the way to Whistler a few years ago, I got thrown into one of those interigation rooms for over 2 hours while they ripped through all of our gear - and they found - nothing.

    FOREVER STRONGER THAN ALL
  21. Me and a buddy are going to try and hit Jtree in a few weeks. I'll post up and tell you how the weather was.
  22. Thanks dudes. Got someone to go to Tieton with me instead.
  23. Does anyone know if X38, for the most part, is still dry enough to climb? Thanks.
  24. There are real tents that weigh less than 3 pounds. Might be worth it if the weather turns wet. I've seen streams running under the floor of my tent - I'd much rather have water under a floor than soaking all my stuff.
