Here's another vote on Nepal's. They have been my favorite boot by a long shot. They are really warm, which is great when it's cold\cool.
Mine have that double tongue which I found helpful in dialing in the fit.

Here are some photos from the day. Jacks' reported over 300 permits issued. Yes they were checking on the mountain too.
Skinning started about a mile in.
There were a few spots to carry over.
The konga line to the top, or is this March of the Penguins?
The fun only begins once you get to the top
People kept coming
The top portion actually had some nice skiing. I got some corn turns in. The lower section was pretty mushy and obviously skied out alot due to the traffic as of late.
It was a fun and festive day.

I have a BCA Alp 55. I like most of the features, but the Nalgene compatible fitting is not as great a thing as you might think. However, overall, the features are nice.

Doing a little math here:
$700 CAD ~= $625 US
Sale shopping for most common post season prices
BD Havoc $420
130 mm Skins $100
TlT $330
Total $850
I am sure you can price shop for cheaper prices if you try hard enough.
I own the Havoc and they are really great skis. I highly recommend them.
