Yesterday I noticed a picture of a climber on the front on the Wall Street Journal. This in something I would never thought would make its way to the WSJ. The article went on to talk about how you have to have a permit form the government but anyone who has applied for one since 2003 has been denied. I looked for the article on WSJ.com but could not find it. Apparently the goverment is scared that the climbers are conspiring aginst the government up on the cliffs.
The rock warriors way
This book is super sweet and focuses on the mental aspect of climbing. I found this book to help me more then any other pyhsical taining book
Dude hyalite is going off. I was able to climb Zack attack, upper mummy's yeasterday and the day before and Diaecltric Breakdown two weeks ago. Things are coming in that never come in and they are getting bigger.
I know that i posted on this topic earlier, but now it just seems plain dumb to me. Call me a hypocrite and whatever else you like. Just think about the title "Hardest Moderate route to onsight" Seriously...
Okay how bout some photos, if they don't give away your secret location. i am a bit curious, if you don't want to post them send me a pm. I will be gracious with some beta for hyalite or cody, maybe a tour if you need one if you come out.
I think that the type of rock is a big determinent. If it is a crack you know hwat to do, however if it is the sporty climb on dolimite or limstone you can spend a lot of time searching for hold(barring no tick marks or tons of chalk). that has been my expirence in the rockies where you climb in areas with less traffic.
This has to be one of the worst tries at spray I have ever seen. You even included your own "OHHHH" like you are on the dumb MTV your mamma joke show. Spend some more time crusing the site and you'll figure out what real spray is like. Just a hint from someone who has been there.
OHHHHH
thanks for adding fuel to the fire, lol
