we're from Bend....Where and what is this about? Is it really on ice, or rock? Would it be worth the drive over and skipping a day at Smith? Can someone give details and directions? Including costs. BendGirl

Anyone going to the ice festival this year? WE're planning on being there the 10th thru the 15th. It will be my first time, any suggestions on activities? (BESIDES THE OBVIOUS ICE) We're staying at the Comfort Inn

I was up there yesterday and last weekend. The ice is open, though very wet up there. Plenty of locations to choose from from short stuff to longer. We had the Glacier to ourselves yesterday until 2pm.

I am looking for info on the best location for BC Ice climbing, waterfall and mixed in January. Anyone have ideas?
