I read an article that she wrote about Tasker's death and it's affect on her, even many years later, but not the book. Sounds like too much of a downer for me.
will they fit in your suitcase? Prob a better option even if you carry on. I've gotten away with knitting needles. In general, I think security has become quite lax lately as far as carry on items go but I still have to remember to keep my micra at home it's been almost confiscated a number of times.
I agree that a smaller copyright symbol would have been more aesthetic. The large watermarks really mar and detract from your wonderful photography. Everyone who publishes their photography on the internet takes the risk of having it "stolen" - I've been a victim of it myself!
well, if the intention was to foster a future bad ass climber i might have had to give old smeagol's alias due consideration...christ, did you see the shit he DOWNCLIMBED (face first, no less) in the 2 towers?
sorry no I didn't
There was a blurb about it in Outside and I think a couple of new books are out on the subject as well. Yes, there is some controversy surrounding the death of M's brother 30 years ago.
extremely cold and windy here in Portland. The man on the radio said they were about 30mph and the temp is 47 but I think there must be a wind chill....feels colder...brrrrrrrrrr.
Wow - that's beautiful man. Wish I'd met Dr. King. The closest I came to greatness was shaking the hand of an overweight Ted Kennedy when he was running for president in 1980.
I stopped by yesterday to sign the kids up for the beginner lessons (had a two for one coupon from the Chinook Book). Is it just me or does the new space seem not too much bigger than the old? I didn't see the bouldering section...but the studio seemed puny. All just a quick look tho'
