  1. CBS, the CC.com climbing geek
  2. thats another way of saying the same thing. get a stomache virus. Easiest 20lbs I ever lost - sitting on a beach starring at topless cuties, eating whatever I could, and still dropping the pounds I heard tapeworms work real well, too.
  3. I had to take mine down, the photo of Trango Towers was getting me all depressed and shit.
  4. I've climbed WI3 in ski boots Might look weird at Vantage in them though
  5. Holy crap. Washington Pass is going to have a late season this year. Maybe June before any rockclimbing on the spires. Yeah, but the corn skiing is going to be off the hook
  6. What? Just imagine... creating integrity constraints just by tracing a line between two tables. Add voice recognition software and you could even combine the UI technology with verbal commands - create index, primary key, add check constraint. Or within an IDE, dragging and dropping JSF, Swing, or (retch) ASP.NET components. Using your fingers to resize elements on Class or ER diagrams, or borders for UI components. Sweet! Be careful there, you might turn archy on!!
  7. Don't worry, the date says it's for April. You have almost a whole month to plan for it
  8. Dan was out with us at Exit 38 once last year. He's been after it seredipituously [sic?] for a bit now
  9. Man, it's too bad he doesn't ice climb. He'd be in heaven there in Chamonix if he did
  10. Better yet, hitchhike with some concert goers, then you don't have a car to worry about
  11. Remind me not to go onto any glaciers with you anytime soon
  12. It would still be a look don't touch GUI for you Kev
  13. Who is this Nelson, Willie Nelson? I wouldn't climb with that old hillbilly; he smokes too much weed. He has PMS, too.
  14. Rock climbing??? I've forgotten how to do that, you mind teaching me agian CBS
  15. Damn, now I'm gonna have to explain why I always bring my rock climbing shoes over to my mom's house
  16. ... a shooting star on the way back from a long weekend of climbing
  17. Damn, here's some good vibes bro-ham.
  18. If they outlaw climbing, only outlaws will climb.
  19. Insane in the Membrane:
  20. I can get it to him. I have a shirt and a pair of Patagucci pants that I need to get to him. He also has my Alpinist 19 magazine, that fucker
  21. Okay, so the deal is. That you can't cross the river. So, after this weekend, the first river crossing is just about klick and a half south of GBU. 7 people got tickets in the last two weeks, so keep your shit straight folks Oh yeah, those tickets are $1800 CND a pop. Let the summer rock climbing season begin....
  22. Climbed at Grotto today, was +8c and shit was melting fast. The parkway was closed as well as the road to Radium. Hope we'll be able to get back home on Wednesday. Yesterday, in the Ghost, half of GBU fell down and the Valley of the Birds was getting hit pretty hard. Climbed the lower part of Yellow Bird, and a little rambly WI3 to the right of Seagull. Eagle was dripping bad. Better have a good 4x4 if you want to get in to the Ghost. Sean Issac was saying that the ice season is done, but if you are desperate there is still plenty of stuff to get on. Have fun Chad while you're up there, but keep a good close in on the Avy forecasts. Barry Blanchard almost got the chop walking off of Guiness Gully along with his 4 clients Professors should be in for a while and is a great day
  23. Anyone know of a good VOB converter. My new DVD camcorder saves the files in the DVD format, and it's a bitch to try to edit them on the camera. Doesn't look like Advanced X Video Converter will do VOB files
  24. Sounds like fowl play, to me.
  25. Scenic (click on photo for large image): Mt Rainier in early morning light from on top of Mt Stuart.
