There needs to be an assault weapons ban, just not the one that was put into action in 1994. Should we abolish the speed limit in school areas too? Personal responsibility is bullshit.

Actually I'd say it's much worse this year because members even started a new board to get away from other members.

But if you can order a MILF, it ceases to be a conditional statement ("I'd like" becomes "I can"). Therefore, I put forth: Theorem: A MILF is unattainable, since the very act of acquiring a MILF negates said status. (ex. Heisenburg MILF Uncertainty) Postulate: There is an inverse relationship between using the term "MILF" and getting any action at all, from anyone.

excuse me, but aren't you referring to Da Wesside?

you are so going to be talking with the corvallis cops at some point...that is, if they get distracted from ticketing bikers for coasting through empty neighborhood intersections at 1am. -

Scandalous!

Don't ask, just drive through. And roll up the windows! I bet it's all because there isn't a mega ski/gambling resort on Mt. Adams.

I couldn't tell the difference in weight holding a cobra in one hand and a black prophet in the other. I'm sure the weight distribution is better in the cobra though. They also have identical grip size. Quarks are good for cheating on ice climbs above your ability by hooking the pick line

Climb: Mt. Hood-South Side Date of Climb: 11/14/2004 Trip Report: Damn right I'm posting a skiing tr for the south side. Started out at 0900. Skinning above the Palmer was largely dust on ice, lots of rime. No rock concerns. Was able to skin to the Hogsback, though this was a determined effort. More sensible people would carry them up around Crater Rock. The bergschrund is just a wall of ice right now, and you can walk right in. Above, the gates are quite icy, a little more involved than the May herd conditions. The ski down was surprisingly good in a few places. A few good shots were had over by Illumination Rock, but "good" is a relative term with the weather pattern we've been having. No problems skiing all the way to the lodge. Good to be skiing, period. Coverage is intermittent below the Mile. Gear Notes: Skis, skis, did I mention skis?

Mountain Savvy Avalanche Courses/permit dispute

It is the PNW mountain community's loss not having both of them out there teaching, whatever the reasons. -
If you are referring to the posting of random blog links to make points, the answer is clearly no.

Vegetarianism does not have to be about the suffering of animals, though there are some issues to discuss there. There are plenty of other moving reasons to become a vegetarian. If you want to get into evolutionary process, vegetarianism might be considered "artificial" reciprocal altruism to some degree.

You fool, getting a season pass is a guarantee for the worst ski season of your life. We're all doomed.
