Dude....I have 6 month old....I am sleep deprived to the max....I quite thinking months ago. Is chuck a total of all of our posts? after a while you get used to not sleeping and learn to function with out any cerebral function at all. best advice i can give is if you want more have them soon so all the non sleeping sorta runs together.

i'll bite. Climber. with a hint (okay more than a hint fuck you all ) of the attention whore one who wears prana tops. i suck at climbing but i am consistent at sucking Muffy Muffy Muffy....... I love it! Your post is SOOOO funny! No worries about being an attention whore, I'm a bit of one myself, plus I think prana tops are hot! If I were a girl, I'd be.............. i have found this as well. i have taken plenty of people out offering to climb with them and show them the ropes (pun intended) what i find is that 80% of them just think they want to climb. they don't want to read any books or work out and train to climb and they certainly don't want to give up their season tickets to college foot ball or their manicured lawns to take the sport seriously. most of them, just THINK they want to climb.

Yoga, I am telling you it is wonderful. it's hard for some super activ epeople becuase it is not fast paced. but if you can stick it out the first couple of months and get into it... ya might like it

GOD DAMN IT RUMR i swore i wouldn't log in all day at work today. this is your fault!!!!!!! that was fucking hillarious and right on too i might add he forgot the yuppy climber though...the one will all the gear and no skills that climbs on "occasion" so they can think they are all rough and tumble

I was directing the question to i like sun... I can assure you I have the manifesto close to memorized I should add for muffy and i like sun anybody can consume 2000, 3000, or more calories fairly easily... what is much much more important of what constitutes that 3000 calories... I could hit 3000 very easily with a 1/2 a dozen doughnuts or a few beers or any other number of ways which we all know is bad news as it is poor fuel... what I am getting at is it is not a "eat more or a certain # of calories" but instead "eat the correct amount of what is right" And don't forget... Food is crack! you are preachin to the chior here. I have gotten off my healthy eating plan (NOT A DIET RUMER) and have kinda lost track of what i know my body needs. If i eat things my body needs i am not starved all the time. but it takes time to ween myself of high sugar high fat foods. food is worse than quiting any other drug. if i could just walk away from food and never have to deal with it again, quit all my friends who use food and not be arround it, it wouldn't be so hard. but i actuatly have to eat. daily. I have quit alot of things. all kinds of drugs, caffein, taboaco... but food has me by the short hairs.

Ok, so this is my third post in a row.... what the hell... Yeah, I did it AGAIN last week! I was workin' out consitantly every day, feeling stronger and more energetic every few days. Then come Wednesday afternoon, I decide that a super tough Eliptical workout is a fantastic idea (this is after 40 min. of lifting plus 20 minutes of swimming). Yeah not so much. I used to get away with carelessly pushing my body as hard as possible..... but not after what happened a few months ago.. Now I've been screwed for like 5 days.... idiot... We could title the our book "How To Stop Fucking Up" we can write it when we figure out how to do it

well before the intestinal thing i spent a large portion of my life incapacitated. this was before i disocerved climbing i didn't know how to relieve stress. I have been diagnosed with IBS conected with Endomitriosis. i have had 3 relativly minor surgeries and one very major one all on my abdomin. the best advice i can give anyone who can not "work out" is YOGA. yoga has saved me and taught me a new level of peace and streangth. when i say i have never been an athletic person i am toatly not joking.

i dont know anything about zone anything, but i do know if i eat a little bit several times a day i consume fewer calories than if i let myself get really hungry. i am shooting for 1500 a day right now. it's really hard to cut the callorie intake in half... USDA (or whatever it is) is 2000 calories a say not 3000.
