my feet sweat a lot too. some suggestions: Use foot powder and see what that does to stop the sweating and the blisters. Many times I will use duct tape for heel blisters. First you gotta shave the hair off your feet, and around the ankle. then wrap the duct tape lightly, not tightly around your ankle to make sure the heel is covered...sometimes the duct tape goes underneath the foot....just like the athletic trainers wrap ankles for football. Why so much? So the duct tape does not move while your foot is in the boot. I have found no other way to stop the movement of any kind of tape. Why shave your foot of hair? So when you take the duct tape off, it does not hurt.

I remember the pain 15 years ago. The roughest was the 3 days after the surgery. Then nothing. I did my exercises from the PT starting on day 3. Took 3 months to get my muscles back. Do your PT exercises! Seriously! I wear a real darned good brace when skiing now. And there have been several times I have been thankful for that brace. But I do not use the brace for anything else. Mine was a full replacement.

Mark Twight said thus: "If O2 allows one to accomplish a task that he or she otherwise could not do or was not willing to do then O2 is a performance-enhancing drug and should be treated as such." What about boots? What about an ice axe? What about down clothing? What about dehydrated food? What about Gatorade? O2 is a piece of equipment.

This just started this week. I am running Internet Explorer 9 on two different pcs. When I go onto cascadeclimbers.com on each of the two different computers, my IE9 stops functioning altogether. It does not “crash”. But nothing works. Its like it is frozen. The only way for me to redo is to go to TASK MANAGER and then END TASK the application. How am I sending this message to you? Via Google Chrome. I have been using IE9 for several months now. I have not tried to see if Firefox has a problem. I do not think this IE9 is my problem and I wonder if other people are having the same problem?

I have always thought it was the larger safety nets of the more socialized western governments have created less religiousity--that is why you see less European people being more religious than the U.S. People tend to go to religion when they are in a bad spot...and since governments have been taking over that role, then less people go to a religion. The US is less socialistic and has less safety nets, and therefore people have relied on religion more... just an opinion

My question to the UN Human Rights Council: If you a allow a resolution to take away any type of speech, aren't you committing a human rights violation? Then the debate goes to defamation or threats. Threats have been deemed not allowed under free speech anywhere I have read--even here is in the U.S.A. So then it comes to defamation. Is taking away the act of defamation, committing a human rights violation? Does defamation cause harm to an individual? How do you define defamation? "Kevbone, you sure are ugly." That sure is defamation.
