yesterday when i woke up it was 29. last night the newspeople were warning us of a winter freeze. today when i woke up it was 44.

i heard there was a lot of pow to be found out around baker yesterday. i was stuck moping in my office. today i think i'll be throwing myself a one-woman pity party.

just to clarify - the shells don't pack out; the liners do. and thanks, pete - i thought scarpa might have been on the half sizes but i couldn't remember for sure.

personally i would go with maybe 1 finger. more of a performance fit and much more control over your boot ... and hence your ski. 2 fingers is huge. you'll be swimming. btw, in ski boots a 27 and 27.5 shell are usually the same size shell; they just change the size of the liner. can't remember if that's how the scarpas are. did you try a 26.0/26.5 shell?
