That should take care of 99.5% of right wingers. So your criteria are not only wanting for that kind of reason but even if any of you met both these criteria, it still wouldn't make you necessarily civil. I agree with j_b on this one. so much of what is passed off as 'discussion' or 'the exchange of ideas' is really just changing the subject, leaving out important information or ideas or treating 'assertions' as though they were 'facts'.
