Rodney_Sofich Posted November 5, 2009 Posted November 5, 2009 Scary!!! I had a feeling that was you. The tools gave it away. I have an email out to you. Love to catch up Quote
chrix Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 very nice work!!! and ppl complain there is no 'ice' in oregon.... Quote
marc_leclerc Posted November 6, 2009 Posted November 6, 2009 looks fun! How steep is it .. hard to tell in the pics? Like grade 2 or 3- tops? Quote
hoodie Posted November 7, 2009 Author Posted November 7, 2009 In response to a few posts... Elliot Headwall from Snowdome. I guess nothing really jumped out at me as fatty when I passed below it coming down Sunshine, so I neglected to take a picture when closer. Hope this helps. The Spur and North Face environs. And to Marc, I'd say the upper step is maybe 3. The entrance to the left gully looks like a pretty good pillar now, probably harder than right. Quote
sweatinoutliquor Posted November 12, 2009 Posted November 12, 2009 Nice pics man! Lotta jealous folks on this board! Hey, I wonder if those are mtn goat tracks??? Quote
alpinebumm Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Was the cloud cap road still open? Does anyone know if they are planning on keeping it open this season, I heard a rumor that they are considering it? Quote
Joe_Poulton Posted November 15, 2009 Posted November 15, 2009 Last time I was up it was buried...Friday. That would be crazy if they kept it open. Quote
Mr Macchiato Posted November 16, 2009 Posted November 16, 2009 Guess you did not delay in waiting for my belay, so you said nope to the rope. Quote
Billy Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 Put those tools down. Shouldn't you just be skiing now? There's no time left for recreational climbing..... Quote
Julian Posted November 17, 2009 Posted November 17, 2009 (edited) Any access issues for the north face at the moment (assuming the weather breaks)? Edited November 19, 2009 by Julian Quote
