Gotta keep it there until next weekend. Tweaked my diet to cut out my normal light lunch which shaved about 4-500calories . Very small bowl of cereal at 6:30am, promax bar at 10:00am, Clif bar at 1:00pm, small handful of gorp or crackers at 4:30. willstrickland
Sexy, no I wouldn't say I was anything approaching chubby (I'm 5'9"), but I was heavier than I've ever been at 158. I first hit 150 after I turned 30 and had stayed around low to mid 140s since high school. In high school I was only 133 or so in the offseason and wrestled at 125 (which was hard to achieve). Last spring, living in the valley, I went from 150 down to 143 by mid July with no diet changes...then all the way up to 158 by late this winter. sexual_chocolate
just seemed like a bit to lose, percentage wise. but then i think about rudy's weight losses, and a friend who went from a not fat 120 to a really lean 103, so i guess no big deal! (except for your climbing, i'm sure.)
