Oh, here you go, from bottom to top. Bread, Peanut Butter mixed with honey, sliced Banana, bread, either Black Berry or Raspberry jam, (I never use jelly), bread.

 

Sorry, I am not allowed to have butter. I used to mix Peanut Butter, Honey, and Butter.
