sirwoofalot Posted February 7, 2008 Posted February 7, 2008 Pushups are so 60s. I need to incorporate push ups in my exercise routine. Them and sit ups. I used to do 650 various combinations of sit up, and leg lifts 3 to 5 time a week. Quote
