RE: The Great Norther Pubclub!  I set a calendar date! See the CC.com calendar (which you should add climbing events to BTW!).

Our man @JasonG  picks the venue.  Come up and pick up your auction winnings!

We are going to work to see if we can get a few CC.com legends to show up...will one not to miss.

@bellowsand I will be coming up from Seattle, may have room for a couple more…

Wow! What a photo. Where was/is Barron? Those boys look ROUGH.

When I saw just the text of your post, I first thought: Hotel?! Is that Jason's house?! :P

It is along the route that was originally scoped for the North Cascades Highway (up Canyon and Slate Creeks and over Hart's pass).  But that way wasn't deemed scenic enough and so it went over WA pass.   Fred was definitely upset at the route 20 took and wrote about it.  It would have been way cool to climb up there without the highway.

And yes, our house has cleaned up a lot since that photo was taken!

Oops, right, no upstairs @manninjo!  I had District on my mind but they close earlier than Temperate on Wednesdays.  Go to Temperate Habits and I will have a table!  I'll call and let them know to plan for 10ish.

I have a swagger wagon (don't call it a minivan!) that can do the trick as long as folks don't mind sitting on stale cheerios.  Room for 6!  We'll swing through Lake City and get you Stewart.
