In the Green Beckey, Fred says the the North Face of Buck had been climbed and reported it to be "extremely loose and dangerous". Is he talking about the big huge obviouse RIDGE, or the face to the right that we all want to climb in winter?
It would make sense that they'd climb the ridge, it's way more aesthetic and obvious, but it's also definately not a face and beckey doesn't mention anything about a ridge.
Anyone else confused by this, or have an answer???
