Marcus and I did this route yesterday car to Portland (thinking it had been quite some time since the last party had been on it!!!). It was a neat little route, but the rock was kinda shit. We forgot the topo, but I'm certain we did the 1st and last pitch right. I'll post a pic or two later.

Jordop, Kat and I did it in 3 last year. Fern, after the slab, did you do a pitch past a dead snag, then a pitch up a 10b corner, then one more pitch up a 5.7/8 wall with a 10c option to the right? We did it in 9 because we didn't unrope and did the lower bit in more pitces.

I just found out a new way to torture the cat. Put the fitted strechy cornered sheet (i know it has a special name) over the cat, thus trapping it between your sheets and the mattress. Watching it try to get out looks like a worm crawling under your skin. Hilarious! Any version of "dizzy kitty" is fun; putting the cat in a paper bag and spinning it, or on a spinning chair, then chasing it all over the house. Putting balls of tape on it's paws while it does the jitterbug. Putting a sock over it's head, making it look like a star wars character, as it blindly tries to navigate by your laughter. Holding the cat just slightly above the ground so it can almost touch the floor is another good one.
