Accelerade is actually the sports drink and Endurox is the recovery drink, both work incredibly well with one exception, at high outputs it makes a lot of people very nauseous. I've used Cytomax extensively and like the sweeter taste of it, and am trying out Gu2O which tastes exactly the same. The fruit punch initially tastes aweful, but it grows on you, plus it gives you great gas. There is a chocolate flavor? Gross! Performance will match any price btw, and they own Supergo.

Hi Folks, This is just a warning that we will be upgrading the Photo Gallery in the next week, so there is the possibility of some downtime and funkiness, but not very likely. I'm going to be putting out a survey here soon, but it would help out if people would answer some of these questions in the time being. We are running into a disk space crunch here and are trying to figure out what the best course of action is here.

My guess is for some people who are connecting from home, that their ISP is caching some of the images on their servers, and is the root of the problem, so there isn't much you can do about it. We'll most likely try something else.

We have run into the problem of people "stealing" our images off of our server. They really aren't stealing the images, just our bandwidth. There are a lot of message boards doing this, especially users here that use other boards in addition to here. So we are looking at ways of blocking this and apparently there are some problems with our current method.

I replaced the stock foam bad in one of my packs with one of these and it works great.
