Dru, you know who Ahmed Ressam is?

This isn't about Iraq, Chuck. This is about a group of people who are hellbent on killing us and anyone who sides with us. They are developing chemical and biological weapons and plan on using them. They are going to attack our infrasture, blowing up roads and bridges and buildings. They are going to try and take down our power grids and contaminate our water. They are going to try and take down the internet. This is a war without any clearly defined rules and most likely without any. Remember Daniel Pearl, where was the Geneva convention when he was murdered? And all of the sudden people expect us to treat his killer humanely. Fuck that, this guy was behind the killing of thousands of completely innocent people. Do whatever it takes to get the information out of him that prevents the killing of more innocent people.

Well Bush can only be in office for, what, 5 more years. So who are we going to blame after that?

"Distel32, an aspiring action photographer, using his same trademark techniques as his bouldering photos like ignoring the law of thirds, cathes Pub Club at it's peak of excitment. Righteous!"

It was said from the beginning that this will be a very long war. Who knows how many high profile attacks have been thwarted. Get a clue.

I don't care that we had to pay for the stadium but $7.50 for a beer is downright wrong. Thank god Pyramid is next door.

I've been doing the Core Performance book routine for a little bit now, and while some of the exercises look completely rediculous, you can really feel them. One thing I've read recently about working abs is that you hit the muscles better if you are stretched out, so doing crunches on a ball versus on the ground squished up, or do side situps with your leg extended versus in fetal. Seems to make sense since you are getting a longer range of motion.

This needs to go into the FAQ but I just wanted to clear up some confusion that seems to be reoccuring. If for some reason you can't login, it's your fault not ours. Remember that when you send us a support email, we have gotten some nasty ones including conspiracy theories. Also remember you aren't paying to use this, and we aren't being paid to help you, we aren't the Dell Support dudes here for you to yell at. We are more then happy to help, but you need to include helpful information in your email, like your login name, the email you used for registration, etc. Additionally if you have registered previously we would like you to use the same registration. If you can't find it follow the same rules as above. There are some people who will register, post a bunch, lose the information or forget password, and then register a new one. Just use the feedback link at the bottom of this page and have us locate your login info. Lastly, and this may sound rediculous, but we have been accused of sending spam email to you. Let it be clear we will probably never email you. If you are getting spam I'm sorry, I sympathize, I get like 100 a day, but it ain't our fault. If you want to cut down on your spam here are some easy tips 1. don't post your email anywhere that is viewable to the web 2. don't respond kindly to spam email to take you off their list, because guess what, not only will they not take you off, they will sell the fact that your email is active to other people 3. if you are using microsoft outlook etc. don't use the preview pane, spammers use unique images to find out if your account is active. Hope this help.

There was a fascinating show on Nova last night about how the earth's magnetic field is growing increasingly weak and that we will soon have no magnetic field protecting the earth from cosmic radiation. Apparently every 100,000 years the magnetic field actually switches and we are about to have one of the switches. Using data from the British Navy going back hundreds of years to the days of Cook, they were able to trace the magnetic anomolies and chart where the anomolies are taking place. Apparently in the South Atlantic there is a huge one. Once our magnetic field is gone the cancer rate will double but we will get so see the Aurora pretty much anywhere. Maybe not in our lifetime but soon. http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/magnetic/

I seriously thought my house was going to blow up last night, that was the most insane lightening storm I've ever been in. It started raining like crazy too, didn't stop til about 2am.

Those pictures were taken by Air Force forward air controller in the mountains of Afghanistan. My assumption is that he was lighting up that target for the strike since the target was moving. The Air Force sends their own people along with the Special Forces people from all the branches, so lets say a guy is assigned to go with the SEALs, he will go through all the same trainng as them as well as his own FAC training.

I'm not sure if lifting really increases vascularity that much, and that was something that I disagreed with in Long's deal. My understanding of capillary development is that it only happens under conditions where there is little lactic acid, which isn't the case in lifting. You are primarily using your anaerobic atp-creatine pathway when lifting. If you want to increase your upper body endurace swimming is the way to go.

Witness the power of the Mark II LGH-84 (Laser Guided Horsecock). Iain, you know what I love, people who complain like you are, whose arguements are completely baseless.

Dear Sirs, As a former U.S. Postal Service cycling team staff member, I worked in 1999, 2000 and 2001 for the team like soigneur Emma O´Reilly, I have only one word for this baseless case of Mr. Walsh: Disgusting. To all cycling and Armstrong fans I would like to say: isn't the fact that Lance and his teammates passed all doping test prove enough ? Enjoy what they are doing! GO LANCE! GO POSTAL! GO BLUE TRAIN !!! Let's do it again in July and go for six. Thanks, Arno Obrie Altea, Spain
