It's significantly more difficult than Sherpa, but it's absolutely classic. So, sarcasm...

Pretty much clear for 2 to 2.5 miles. Then its discontinuous snow until the bridge, then its just soft snow from their until the TH. It was about 1.5 feet at the bridge, couple feet at the TH. Trail to junction is nice and packed.

As regards to the tank problem, if you cleaned the tank out before using BD, would that solve the problem? Or is it unavoidable? What kind of diesel do you use? So between the rising gas prices and the movie I saw last week, I got thinking about using biodiesel. I was curious to hear what the critics on this board know/think about it. What does it take to convert from regular diesel to biodiesel? Who has done it or know people that have done it? I'll be doing some of my own research but was interested to get some feed back as well. Thanks. (The movie was produced by Kavu about two white water kayakers who renivated an old Chinese firetruck and drove from Alaska to South America without using any petrol).

There was this luncheon for people who have donated to CWU's scholarship fund. And since I'm on a relatively large scholarship I was sort of obligated to speak about how much its helped me and such. Make them think their money is going to good use...not climbing gear.
