The upper wall was pretty much empty. Note to self bring a 70M rope to index next time. Watch out for the pinker-tons they have hatched like mayflys and the word is all the funding is gone so they be looking to steal from your wallets.

  18. Why a fluke, picket, shovel, mt. axe and ice tool? They all do the same thing...slow you down. And really what are you going to sling. Prussik is fine for crevasse rescue but thats about it and seeing as you are alone if you fall in a crevasse you are GOING TO DIE!
  19. Hmm well our guess's as to whom was leading what were pretty wrong, but we did hear that hammer from all the way over in the sups. p.s. take that tent back and get a new one.
  20. I climbed it twice last year and each time there were different pitons in the same spot (new ones) obviously people try and pull the pins they think are booty, instead they are placed for free climbing. Why not put bolts???? It's not like he is talking about filling in all the old Angle holes but cleaning up some of that junk that could get someone hurt is a good idea.
  21. BBQ Brawts the first day...and hiked the drill around for several hours. Replaced the bolts on the Roo! Did some Comfortchizeling. BBQ Chicken the second day and climbed a couple routes around the mudpile. Mostly hung out in the cave and watched you three boys progress. Tyler's has got some good photos of the hovel
