  1. Thanks for the TR! Sound like a full house. Where the motorcycles going all the way to the trailhead? I had thought that the slide and gate prevented that!
  2. A great route with thoughtful protection. The rock was mostly solid with some really fun movement. A future classic for sure! Thanks to Darin and Rad for the vision and work!
  3. Awesome! Thanks for all the effort and work!
  4. Wow! All the way from Oakland for the brush-whack up to Bear! You-all are true connoisseurs! Strong effort; thanks for the TR!
  5. Wow! Glad you are OK. That West Ridge gulley on Inspiration sure is nasty. The South Face with the rappel descent is much better! (See Steph Abegg's website).
  6. Iron gut?! I consider myself gutless!!
  7. Super cool Joe! Glad Spice did not melt in the heat. Any photos for the Choss Dawg calendar?
  8. Once again, professional grade photography! Congrats on getting the sponsorship as the official Choss Dog expedition photographer and scribe!
  9. Nice work, choss dawgs! You-all are really knocking 'em down this year! Bold line! Especially the last two leads! What will you spend all of the calendar profits on? I wish I had such problems!
  10. Nate: Getting after it! Nice! I was up there a week ago and the Gerber-Sink looked a bit thin on the bottom then as well.
  11. Thanks for the excellent TR! I have had the route on the short list since about 10 years ago when Sepultura reported that it was worthy. Your report motivated me to get off the couch; we climbed it yesterday. Very fun!
  12. Jason: AWESOME SEND!!!!! Time to head for Patagonia!
  13. Non-enviable? It's on the Repulsive 69! Ok, I suppose by definition that makes is fairly non-enviable.
  14. Imagine: Lolling on a summit enjoying the warmth and sunshine in January! It's not a dream, or Cali either! The winter that wasn't.
  15. I am humbled by your attitude. It took a lot of guts to be able to tell this story. Keep positive; let me know if you need a kayaking partner!
  16. Great pictures Darin; looks like a fun trip. I recently been went canyoneering at Zion and have been subsequently hooked. It is an amazing place.
  17. Wow! Another epic outing! Your capacity for suffering continues to amaze!
  18. Inconceivable! (said with a lisp) This level of climbing is beyond my comprehension. Thanks for the excellent and highly entertaining post. Keep us updated on Patagonia!
  19. Jason: Outstanding photos as usual! One of the great things about the area is being able to stay in the alpine for so long. (And the hut)
  20. Jason: Thanks to you and Chris for making this a super fun and successful climb! Once again, you guys rock! And kudos to Chris for winning the expedition's coveted "rope gun" award!
  21. Wow! The only problem is now you have to out-do this for the 60th!
  22. Jason: Awesome pictures as usual! Thanks for dragging me along and getting me the much coveted FSA!
  23. Thanks for the report; headed up there on Monday.
