Unless you're having a specific problem you can't get past, just work harder. Doesn't matter at what. Do you lift during the week? Lift more/longer. Do you run? Run more/further. Climbing a lot? Climb harder stuff. Climbing 10s isn't a marathon. You don't need a strict body and diet regiment. Just push harder.

The suspension is only for 1 month (standard penalty for 4 tickets in 2 years), and my insurance has barely changed. Mind you, two of these tickets were for running a yellow light (light was yellow when I entered the intersection, red when I left it).

I don't know why this bit of driving idiocy is so geographically specific, but I rarely have a problem with left-lane roadblocks in OR, but as soon as I cross the WA border, it becomes the rule of the road. Is it in the WA drivers manual or something?
