I think it was Tony Yaniro who said, "If you can't pull a single hard move, you have nothing to endure." Though it was in response to endurance training, pulling that hard move requires strength no matter how you say it. It just finding the right balance, aka Strength to Weight ration. Also, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to recover and after several consecutive months of training, take a month or so off and chill. When you get back to the gym, your body will be more prepared to take it up another level rather than plateauing [sic?].
