Yes, but rope stretch might be a problem. Sounds like Eldo or Shelf would be a better choice. I haven't been to Lumpy Ridge or Rifle though.

Maroon Bells would be a cooler alpine outing. 4th class or low 5th with lots of exposure. Near Aspen. SHELF ROAD and ELDORADO CANYON have good single pitch climbing.
