  1. I'm not sure why you would want it, but here it goes... You can tell the world you never was my girl, You can burn my clothes up when I'm gone, You can tell your friends just what a fool I've been, And laugh and joke about me on the phone. You can tell my arms go back to the farm, You can tell my feet to hit the floor, Or you can tell my lips to tell my fingertips, They won't be reaching out for you no more. But don't tell my heart, My achy breaky heart, I just don't think he'd understand. And if you tell my heart, My achy breaky heart, He might blow up and kill this man. You can tell your Ma I moved to Arkansas, You can tell your dog to bite my leg, Or tell your brother Cliff whose fist can tell my lip, He never really liked me anyway. Or tell your Aunt Louise, tell anything you please, Myself already knows I'm not O.K., Or you can tell my eyes to watch out for my mind, It might be walking out on me today. But don't tell my heart, My achy breaky heart, I just don't think he'd understand. And if you tell my heart, My achy breaky heart, He might blow up and kill this man.
  2. If you get infected with the anisakid nematodes from eating sushi, there are no drugs available to treat the infection. You have to have endoscopy to remove the worms.

  5. I've had occasion to notice that 12-14 year olds do, though the problems usually only become larger.

I'm in my work clothes. I left my Beckey guide in my smoking jacket pocket back at the pad.

  8. I haven't done it in the rain, but the Dark Crystal route might be worth a look. It climbs into and traverses an arch/roof of sorts, and if my memory serves me well, the belayer might be able to find a place to hunker down out of the wet, if you are going to be using one.
  9. Remarkable, despite your boundlessly entertaining contributions hereto. The mind, it doth boggle. Wow. That "inane" comment about your Churning in the Wake story really hit a nerve, didn't it? A cross thread pounce!
  10. Dwayner said: "And by the way, Cocoa-Breath, I think it would be a real stretch to apply the word "sick" (as I understand it) to a boulder problem, unless you intend the word to mean "get a life". " To which The Name of That Cheesy Rick James-Style Band in "Coming to America" replied: "Dwayner is the comic-book store owner guy! You know the one: The pompous, condescending fellow who thinks the world is inhabited by fools worthy only of his contempt and scorn. I don't know if Dwayner is so entirely unconscious as the cartoon fellow, although he certainly makes a strong effort to convince...." I try to explain how cool this site to people, but nobody really seems to get it...
  11. So, can you save us the suspense and just retranslate the whole thing? It kinda reads like some cheap opera as originally translated.
  12. Is it just me, or is sportclimbing lore pretty inane?
  13. " Lastly, I had the idea to carry them out either in a winter, but in the same movement, like a forwarding towards the Mount Blanc with the eyrie of the Eccles bivouac like base camp." I find that statement pretty amazing... amazingly disjointed and confusing.
  14. Any time I go to Exit 38 I get culture shock.
  15. When I did Liberty Crack, the moves to the belay on top of the 4th pitch were covered with the affect of someones bowel movement. I found that pitch to be particularly sick.
  16. Yeah, that one really got "under my skin".
  17. I thought it might have something to do with severing the spinal cord of small animals.
  18. Dude, relax. I didn't know what an "epithany" was, so I looked it up, then asked.
  19. Mr. Collins, When you refer to the "first pitch", are you talking about the original one off the ground that starts to the right of the regular start for Davis-Holland, Town Crier, and Green Drag-on or the C2 pitch from the ledge atop forementioned start?
  20. Epithany? Anyway, Leavenworth is not alone.

    Bummin' my trip

I think Ed's problem is that he has neither the courage or maturity to admit that that joke is just plain wrong. He therefore tries to hide behind twisted logic and that tired "Internet Police" retort.

    Bummin' my trip

So Muffy, just how well do you know "Greg"? He doesn't seem much interested in avoiding the hurt. You, Mr. Ed, have some reality vs fantasy issues. "pedophile joke" Could there be a more perfect oxymoron?
